If you were a multi-millionaire looking for the perfect wife, what would you do? One such man hired Janis Spindel, a New York based matchmaker, to find her for him. With fees starting at $100,000 this matchmaker isn’t for everyone!
In late June Spindel and her assistants were in Vancouver, BC and Seattle, WA to interview women to see if any were a potential match for her client. After posting ads in the local media hundreds of women showed up and paid the $25 fee (which included a copy of Spindel’s book) to take a chance at finding love.
Hmm…it sure sounds a lot like Cinderella. I wonder if they had to try on a glass shoe.
